Iran beats Oman in handball friendly

TEHRAN (IRNA) -- Iran overcame Oman 25-19 in a handball friendly in the capital Muscat Monday.

The Iranian side, which is making preparations for the 15th Asian Games in the Qatari capital Doha, plays the second friendly against Oman today.

Iran had already won two friendlies out of three against the United Arab Emirates.

According to the schedule, the team will return to Tehran on Wednesday.
